Our newborn photography style is clean, modern, and timeless—designed to highlight your baby’s natural beauty. Swapna specializes in soft, neutral tones like whites, creams, gentle grays, and pastels, often accented with delicate florals for a refined, organic look.
our style
We recommend capturing newborn portraits in the first 4-12 days of birth. During this time, babies are very sleepy and flexible, so it is the best time to capture those classic newborn curled-up poses. If there is a specific pose you are looking for, please ask about it during your consultation. Swapna’s schedule fills up months in advance, so it is recommended to contact us during your first-second trimester to ensure availability.
scheduling
All newborn sessions are tailored specifically to you and your baby, and include a consultation with Swapna. We will discuss session colors, props and wardrobe. Additionally, if there are any family traditions, meaning or heirlooms you hold close, we will talk about ideas on how to incorporate them into your session. Our goal is to provide you with a truly meaningful & relaxed newborn experience. Once your session is booked, we will send you a Newborn Guide with plenty of tips on how to prepare for your baby’s first photo session.
consultation
Our studio is stocked with props, wraps and bows of all colors. All clothing & wraps are washed after each session with detergents that are free of harsh chemicals.
wardrobe
We love keeping newborn portraits simple without overpowering them with props, patterns and colors. All newborn sessions are held in my elegant, modern home studio in Lutz, FL. There is a comfortable seating area, changing table and restroom for client use. Your baby’s comfort and safety is the most important to us.
